Patrick Taylor, known artistically as Lazuli Vane, is an American songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist best known as the frontman of indie rock outfit Trash Panda. A Georgia native, Taylor’s musical journey took him from Augusta to Berklee College of Music, where his studies were interrupted by a near-fatal brain infection. After years of producing and teaching in Atlanta, his project Trash Panda gained national attention with the viral hit Giuseppe in 2016. Following a period of personal exploration and travel, he recorded his deeply introspective album, Appalachian Seafoam, inspired by his time in the wilderness. In 2022, he revived Trash Panda, leading the band through a new era with the album PANDAMONIUM! and an upcoming release set for summer 2025.
